2.1. Orders can be placed through our online store at Veritas Africa.
2.2. Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash on delivery. Full payment must be received before the goods are delivered.
2.3. All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of delivery charges unless otherwise stated.
3. Delivery
3.1. We deliver goods on the island of Zanzibar. Delivery fees are as follows:
A small fee for deliveries within Stone Town.
A larger fee for deliveries outside of Stone Town.
3.2. Orders above $200 (excluding delivery charges) qualify for free delivery.
3.3. Delivery times may vary based on the location and availability of the products. We will notify customers of the estimated delivery time upon order confirmation.
3.4. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Veritas Africa is not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
