Extremely powerful and perfectly balanced Sauvignon Blanc.
Tasting Notes: Layered aromas of pineapple, gooseberry, a piquant grassy note of Japanese wasabi and a milky tertiary hint. The palate is concentrated and richly textured, the elegant ripe acidity is moderate but seamless, and the finish is intense and clean.
Recommended food pairings: Fish and poultry with rich and spiced sauces, tuna fish Palermitana style, pork belly.
