Description
Mature, elegant rose’ with aromas of yellow rose petals, white flowers and a full bouquet of dried flowers.
Tasting Notes:Fruit of ripe orange (both pulp and zest) and candied apricot. Hints of dried aromatic herbs and roots. On the palate to be a rose’ it’s intense and full bodied, with a firm acidity and a lingering, slightly bitter aftertaste of orange zest and cinnamon.
Recommended food pairings: : Appetizers, seafood salads, Persian “jeweled” rice.
