Description
Interesting, not trivial South African medium-bodied red wine, with a Mediterranean personality.
Tasting Notes: Complex in the nose with red cherry, ripe red orange, violets, white pepper and slight balsamic hints. On the palate it’s creamy, with a prominent sapidity that leads to a long finish of red orange and umami.
Recommended food pairings: Roasted white meat, beef ravioli, duck, mushrooms, veal dishes.
