Description
This is an off-dry (semi-sweet) rose wine dressed in an elegant pale coral colour.
Tasting Notes: Its slight sweetness makes it friendly, but at the same time, this wine has a certain complexity, with its clean, delicate fruitiness of medlar, apricot, white melon, and a bouquet of flours.
Recommended food pairings: Appetizers, salads, hot spicy fish and vegetable dishes.
