Tasting Notes: . On the nose, it shows clean aromas of lemon zest, white flowers and dried herbs. On the palate, it repudiates the voluptuous, abundant fruit of many Chardonnay from the new world, in favour of a fresh, tense and elegant minimalism.
Recommended food pairings: Tempura, breaded fried seafood, oysters, citrus-marinated fish.
