Tasting Notes: A rare sighting from the very coastal Cape Town appellation, a fine cool spot for sauvignon blanc which dominates neighbouring Constantia. This has lifted aromas of lemongrass, yellow plum and gentle lees. It is very bright, slender, almost crisp, lively and well-balanced with very good to excellent length. Slightly chalky mineral on the finish. The length is very good to excellent.
Recommended food pairings: Serve chilled with fresh seafood, salads or roast chicken.
