Tasting Notes: The initial reductive hints give progressive space to a vibrant umami, that innervates the whole wine. On the nose aromas of blueberry and coffee, spicy hints of black pepper, and flowery violets. The palate is elegant and soft, with pleasant, persistent nuances of blood orange.
