Made in central Italy from an indigenous grape called Montepulciano, this fruity red wine is smooth and balanced.
Tasting Notes: On the nose, it has aromas of cherry (both red and black) and spicy hints of cinnamon, white pepper and ginger. On the palate, it’s medium-bodied and finds a pleasant balance between the prominent fruit, the well-integrated natural tannins, and the elegant sapidity.
Recommended food pairings: Poultry, veal, grilled beef, pasta with bolognese sauce, mushrooms risotto.
