Tasting Notes: It’s made from dried grapes, in the style of Italian Amarone. The aromas, layered and clean, can recall those of a gentle-sided Amarone: raisins, date, black cherry, cinnamon and nutmeg. The palate is both strong and silky, finding a perfect balance between manly power and feminine elegance.
Recommended food pairings: Stewed, braised, roasted red meats. Fits the game meat too.
