Extremely dry on the palate, pleasant carbonic sensation, with good acid-body balance. Notes of citrus, and hints of nuts, with an elegant and vibrant backdrop.
Recommended food pairings: Finger food, oysters, scallops, Chinese “century” eggs, and oil-rich fish.
