Description

The wine is bright pink in colour with a natural and, for a Prosecco, powerful bubble.

Tasting Notes: In the nose a scent of strawberries and white fruit, wildflowers and light minerals. The characteristic is a hint of red and black berries. The taste is sparkling and elegant with a delicious freshness of white and red fruit.

Recommended food pairings: Excellent as an apéritif or enjoyed throughout your meal, this sparkling rosé is best served with lighter dishes such as a caprese salad, creamy vegetable risotto, fresh seafood or a platter of sushi.
