This Prosecco has a light straw yellow colour with extremely thin bubbles.
Tasting Notes: The smell has good intensity, lightly aromatic with renetta apple hints. On the palate, it is soft, with a good acidity, and a sapid taste and it is easy to drink.
Recommended food pairings: Medium-aged cheeses, spicy cheese, Smoked Fish appetizers, Aperitif, Tartare-fish carpaccio, and Mussels.
It is perfect as an appetizer together with spicy snacks. It has to be served at 8°C in a high and tapered wine glass such as the tulip one.
