Description
This wine is produced in Dodoma using a traditional and quite special Italian technique called “ripasso”.
Tasting Notes: Tanzanian red silk. On the nose, it shows aromas of black cherries together with voluptuous, middle-oriental notes of raisins, dates, cinnamon, nutmeg and dark chocolate. On the palate, the relatively strong alcohol is softened into an incredibly silky texture of fine tannins.
Recommended food pairings: Red meat-based main courses.
