Tasting Notes: A bouquet of aromas including red berries and dark fruits with a hint of cedar and tobacco leaves occupy the nose; these flavours carry through to the palate with ripe, grippy tannins and fresh acidity leading to a long and persistent finish.
Recommended food pairings: pair this wine with oxtail stew, a rack of lamb, or your favourite cut of steak- chargrilled, preferably.
