Description
Shiraz wine tend to be full-bodied with medium acidity and a mixture of intense black fruit and complex flavours
Tasting Notes: Aromas of blackcurrants, plum, black pepper and dried herbs. Very slight undertones of tobacco, cinnamon and cloves from the oak. Easy going but substantial on the palate.
Recommended food pairings: Lamb, goat, hard cheeses, tasty beef dishes.
